Stunning spot great parking & 20min walk into Sassi. Beautiful hotel real find.

The property is very unique and the staff helpful. However, no one asked us to register, people were very relaxed about paperwork and didn't seem aware of our stay as we hqd to confirm it many yltimes. Staff helped ua load our vehicles and took our keys but nevwe asked to settle the bill. About an hoir later while we were well on our way, they called to ask us to pay. We gqve them our visa number and info but the demanded a cheque, money transfer or cash. Terrible. My nephew who had hia wedding there ended up paying as they refused the crefit card. Not impressed!

The hotel is absolutely incredible. The staff are very nice and the service was exceptional. There is a pools view from the back of your room and the Adriatic Sea is in the front of your room. Breakfast is served every morning outside the front door of your room and the food is exceptional.

Such an amazing and relaxing stay at the most beautiful Masseria! We loved it! The staff was amazing!

We stayed one night. We wanted to do some laundry when we got there . Amenities stated that they had a laundry room but found out when we were there they only had laundry service. It was ok The staff were friendly some spoke better English than others but we managed. The room was perfect size and bathroom was clean. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes to airport. Only issue I had was trying to call the hotel.

This hotel was truly fantastic. The property itself is beautiful — the infrastructure is gorgeous, the staff are extremely friendly, the amenities are genuinely useful, and the restaurant is outstanding. The hotel sits outside the small towns of Puglia rather than inside one of them, so you'll need a car to get around. Honestly, though, I think that's the best way to experience the region — staying in one of the small towns means very limited availability, whereas a hotel like this puts you about a 10-minute drive from most of the inland towns, and around 40 minutes from the coastal ones. Breakfast was delicious, parking was free and convenient, and the room was lovely — not spectacular, but we booked the simplest category, and from what I understand the higher-tier rooms are significantly nicer. Beyond being a great base for exploring the area, it's also a wonderful place to just relax by the pool. Truly, truly wonderful — spectacular all around.
