The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee at breakfast. These machines didn’t produce good coffee in my humble opinion. Otherwise, great stay, reasonably priced and very good location.

The location is fantastic, close to Earls Court (I’d highly recommend Pippin’s restaurant nearby). The room was clean and had a large, comfortable bed. There was aircon, blackout curtains, high ceilings, plenty of storage and a small kitchen area. The shower’s water pressure and hairdryer’s air pressure were both great. Unfortunately, the ground floor room was immediately next to reception, so it felt rather exposed and a little noisy. The wiring was bizarre/unintuitive, with many switches that didn’t seem to do anything. The unusually tall built-in bed frame and shelving (with precariously placed glass vases) made the single bedside socket difficult to access, so unplug the lamp and bring a long cable to charge your phone beside you! The bathroom was confined/impractical: the narrow sink meant water splashed everywhere, the towel rack was crammed above the toilet, and there was no rail for a hand towel. Toiletries seemed to be cheap refills, despite being in (worn) branded bottles. The wardrobe wasn’t full length, so I had to drape my long dress over the side with the door open to prevent it from creasing, and the small foldaway tabletop ironing board was unsuitable. Some little touches would make a big difference - e.g. coffee machine, full-length mirror, slippers, earplugs, conditioner, cotton buds and tissues. Overall, the room was perfectly acceptable and well located, but felt rather old/tired in places and would benefit from some upgrades and redecoration.

Great location

Sitting out on the balcony and overlooking the Thames into the evening made the weekend very special. Staff were attentive and very polite. Would definitely recommend if your want a good view of London day and night.

Great location

I arrived from LAX and my flight was delayed so 18 hours of travel. I was exhausted and miserable when I arrived. The lovely lady behind the desk offered sympathy and a clean room a bit early. I stayed a week as I was off to a Greek room and this is one of the two hotels I choose. I like the Garden in front and proximity to Earls Court underground. But the room has good coffee, always clean and the staff warm and compassionate!
