Rooms have beautifully traditional decor but have fine modern features like step-in showers and adequate air conditioning. Hotel is on a quiet, elegant, leafy residential street, but still convenient. It is in an early 1900's building that resembles a mansion but had been a US Embassy building. Most importantly, staff is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

We ended up staying here unexpectedly for several nights after the A/C went out at our house during the Las Vegas heat, and overall it turned into a really good stay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, had plenty of space, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. The amenities were also very nice and gave us a chance to actually enjoy ourselves despite the reason we were there in the first place. What started out as an inconvenient situation ended up being a much more enjoyable stay than we expected. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a longer stay where having the extra space and amenities makes a difference.

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

What a wonderful experience at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort! From the moment I checked in, Crystal at the front desk made me feel genuinely welcomed with her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Nereida in Housekeeping was equally outstanding—thoughtful, warm, and incredibly attentive throughout my stay. Both deserve special recognition for their dedication to guests. The Bryte smart bed was incredible—I slept exceptionally well and truly experienced restorative sleep. The service throughout the hotel is a wonderful representation of the Carillon brand. This was the perfect post-cruise destination, and I’ve already decided I’ll be staying here again on my next visit to Miami Beach. Highly recommend!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
