(350 reviews) Property is beautiful, it’s built on a hill so lots of stairs up and down, not an issue. Just no grounds all concrete. Amazing views of lands end. It’s loud. Housekeeping starts at 7:00 am and they are loud. I really did not need to be woken up to staff shouting to each other around the property. If you have a DND sign up housekeeping immediately places a note stating you need to call if you want service. They do that by 7:02 am. On my 3rd day I ditched the DND sign and never had service. Had to call and I was out of body wash in both the shower and sink. The concierge is not that. They are salespeople who will do their very best to rope you into a presentation that guarantees a future stay. My travel companion did that on his last visit and when we inquired about the free stay they stated the room was not available. It’s all a scam. Learned the 45 minute presentation takes about 3-4 hours. Grateful I was firm in saying no. Didn’t appreciate the very personal questions asked by the concierge either. Would I stay here again? No. It’s very expensive. You can always drop by and spend the day by spending 50.00 per person.
