Southeast Orlando Ski Holidays

The stuff was nice.. but I was injured nothing was done. First night there Power out for eight hours no discount no recommendation of any kind. Also, they don’t provide information that they are not any restaurants on the resort. You have to Uber everywhere to eat. I was disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The property was very clean and close to universal citywalk which was great!

The entire first floor if the property smells TERRIBLE. Everyone leaves their trash in the halls and it smells disgusting. Our tv in the master room didn’t work and the master bathroom shower wouldn’t drain consistently so showering was gross. The second bathroom had snot on the bathroom wall. The only positive is that there was enough room for our party of 7. Next time we will book two different rooms at a hotel.

We stayed here one night so it was fine for our party of four. Had booked a 2/2 but they changed us to 3/2. The unite was fully stocked and the AC worked well. However, it is a bit run down in the sense that you could tell there has been high traffic and visible wear and tear. Minor things but don't expect brand new. One note is the main bedroom was in the back of the unit, but the smaller bedrooms had big windows to the main hallway. This made me a bit uneasy as we were traveling with kids, but not huge deal since they were older. Definitely a deal for the space and kitchen (even pots and pans) and the location was central.

What a beautiful room/condo! This is perfect for a family. The pool is wonderful and the whole experience is 10 times what you'd get from a "hotel" stay. The unit was very nice, well maintained and clean. It's not an airbnb so there's no spices or "extras" but three bedroom, three bath great location - multiple pools. A lovely space.

The gent at reception Logan was lovely he really couldn’t do enough for us and the location was perfect for Disney Springs, the transport to all Disney Parks was also great, really easy to book and very reliable . Unfortunately the hotel itself was extremely run down and quite dirty on the landings leading towards the rooms. We even discussed with a Hilton representative that tried to sign my parents up to Hilton Honours and still nothing was done. The cleaners only changed our bedding once in two weeks even after tipping and asking for it to be changed, the glasses in the room where never changed and the floor was not once vacuumed. It’s a shame as it’s not what we would really expect from Hilton and it did impact our holiday. Some days you could also smell smoke from people smoking in the rooms. I would not recommend the hotel due to the cleanliness.

Very nice stay!!

It was our second time visiting and experience was awesome, friendly staff, clean resort, and lots to do for the kids. Restaurants are great and good drink options. We'll be back again.
