The staff were snippy, not helpful at all. The room was very small with one of us having to crawl over the other to get in and out of bed. There were no glasses or facecloths in the room. I was told there were no facecloths and to get my own glasses at the bar downstairs. It was very clean but that is the only positive. I will not stay there again

The room was not pleasant or comfortable. It had nothing but two single beds which were past their best. There was no wardrobe, drawer of even a shelf to put clothes - nothing but a rail with some hangers. There was not even a chair to sit on. The cups in the room were not always replaced with clean ones and tea/coffee not replenished - guests should not have to request this service from reception themselves. The room is basically no better than a down market hostel and is far from the expectations of a four star rated establishment. Very disappointing accommodation, and the cost of my stay can absolutely not be justified. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

A lovely hotel! The staff were very welcoming and always had a smile ! Room was very nice with two large double beds. No shower curtain in the bathroom which was a bit odd ( and messy ) but hey that’s just a small thing. Breakfast was incredible ! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Would love to go back and visit again

Beautiful hotel, ended up booking a suite which was superb. Breakfast choice was amazing and great service with fresh coffee & toast. Staff immaculate, probably the best yet.

This was a beautifully appointed hotel and hotel room. It is well located for site saying. However, our room was extremely tiny. It was not possible to open our suitcase. I’ve stayed in small hotel rooms, but this was really tiny.
