Good breakfast

Great location, great breakfast, great staff.

On the plus side 1) pleasant staff and 2) nice location with an easy walk to Marble Arch, Regents Street, Hyde Park, Green Park and Knightsbridge. On the negative side 1) overpriced compared to other similar properties I've stayed in in London 2) very small rooms. there was only room for one bedside table in the bedroom. it was very hard to maneuver in and out of bed. It was hard to open the closet which was very close to the bed. On the neutral side 1) room seemed clean enough 2) gym had a few pieces of equipment and weights but was in a windowless basement so not a big draw

The room was extremely small. No place for a suitcase except on top of the small built-in desk. No space in the bathroom even for a small trash bin. One could not bend down to pick up anything without smacking one’s head on the side. In fact, entering the narrow shower requires one to enter sideways and to carefully hold onto a handle to avoid falling (and I’m a fit person). The shower doors would not close all the way, the room AC rattled and was so loud it sounded like a lawn mower in the room. The elevator uses an old fashioned metal sliding door you must manually close when leaving otherwise it won’t respond to calls from other floors. Guests don’t always do this and staff do not keep an eye on it so be prepared to have to walk down or up stairs most of the time. For “breakfast”, which is extremely light the tables one sits at are the size of a shoe—enough for a cup of coffee. And there are only 3-4 places. The public rooms, and ballrooms, however, are beautiful! I was eventually moved to a larger room but only on the last day of the stay, and even that process was awkward with poor communication from the staff. For the price I paid—£440 per night—I would never go back.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to everything

An extraordinary stay. Quiet luxury, timeless elegance, impeccable service. MO Hyde Park went above and beyond to make our stay an unique experience and made my birthday memorable; an upgrade to the Hyde Park Suite was truly a special and delightful treat. The birthday dessert and drinks awaiting us in our suite put a smile on my face! Thanks to Leonardo and Francesca for exceeding all of our expectations.

Smaller than expected but a great place, location and help. Laundry was a big plus.
