Good location for walking to restaurants and jumping on the freeway to get to other cities. Staff was very helpful. Place was clean but needs some upgrades for the price. Wall paper is literally peeling off the walls in rooms and the glassed in atrium that appears to have been 4 different reflection pools needs to be cleaned and filled with plants or removed all together. It’s the first thing you see when you jump on the glassed in elevator. The spa was dirty and a real disappointment. We booked based on the spa amenities but after touring we’re not interested. Food was just mediocre.

Hotel exceptionally well placed, with great views of the bay from the superior room we had. The facilities in the room were perfectly adequate, and the staff were very nice though there was a language barrier; they spoke very little English (and our Spanish was terrible). The bed was nice, the room was clean, and the fridge was serviceable. Shower was excellent! Also breakfast had a nice selection of continental choices, just missing some eggs. However, the A/C was practically nonexistent. Also for a 4* hotel I would have expected complimentary drinking water stocked in our rooms, considering you can' t drink from the taps. And lastly and most important of all (hence the 1* on facilties), the balconies were simply unsafe to use. The fixings on both balconies were all corroded, the barriers were flexible and appeared to not have been updated to more recent safety standards - ie, above waist height. I would not trust them to take my weight or protect me if I tripped (and our room was very high up!), which is a shame because the view was as I said fantastic. Please please update the balconies (and put some water in the rooms).

The apartment was very clean and modern and was well equipped. It was also very quiet. We even got to watch a movie on Netflix. We had a hard time getting to it but it really is easy. Set your gps to Parqueo Longoria. There is an elevator up to the plaza and then it’s not even a block away. Make sure you use 8 Calle Caveda. Make sure to visit La Avenida De Cidra which is very close. We had a great meal at Tierra de Asturia.

Rooms very comfortable, breakfast superb and menu and flod delicious. A place to stay at at least 3 days. Very friendly atmosphere

Great location! Clean, well decorated, lovely apartment. Has great ceiling fans in apartment and windows that open wide but would benefit from A/C for summer stays. Alejandro was a great host!

An adorable boutique hotel outside of the main city. It’s a great place to stay with comfy beds, yummy breakfast, and helpful staff.
