South Denver Ski Holidays

Spent a week here and didn't want to leave! Such a great location and probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in.

We loved the Oxford Hotel. Great location. Beautiful hotel, plenty of charm and wonderful amenities. Bourbon tasting, free breakfast and beautiful rooms. I would stay again for sure.

Liked: location, room, friendly front desk staff, restaurant on site. Disliked: $30/day destination fee (not optional) that forces you to spend $30 at the hotel each day or you loose it, the $30 could not be used towards approximately $70/night valet parking, admitted mistake by staff in communicating breakdown of final charges (had to challenge the bill), then I got home and got an invoice (folio) for $105 of mini bar and snack charges! I took pics before I checked out, so I had proof that I did not consume ANY mini bar or snack options. I had to challenge that fraudulent charge, which was ultimately returned to me after The Jacquard admitted a housekeeping staff error (and I tipped the housekeeping staff!). I left the General Manager a voicemail and never got a return call. I'm probably not their 1st victim in this regard. They are friendly while you're there, but CHECK YOUR BILL AT CHECKOUT & REVIEW YOUR FINAL FOLIO THAT'S EMAILED TO YOU DAYS LATER. I will return to Denver, but I will not stay at The Jacquard. Too much time and energy was spent challenging their mistakes, miscommunications, and/or fraud.
