(1,002 reviews) The doorman was really nice, and Arthur at the front desk made check-in a breeze. My only issue was with the restaurants. The service was extremely slow, and the food was burnt on several occasions. However, the best person was a younger bartender, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. He was conversational and attentive, so I kept coming back to his bar during my time there.
