(692 reviews) We arrived very late, around midnight, and didn’t realize that the reception on this side was already closed. However, we were able to check in at the Almasur Hotel next to the express. The staff at Almasur were extremely friendly and helpful—much more so than the express reception. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire, and the Almasur hotel staff went out of their way to assist us by calling local tire shops on our behalf. Since it was Saturday, many shops were unavailable, but they kindly allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot until we could get the tire fixed, which helped us tremendously. The express hotel room itself was cozy. While not very large and with a bed on the smaller side, it is quite new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the Almasur Hotel to my family and friends, and I would happily stay here again if I return. (150 reviews) We had a very nice stay at Remota Hotel. The room was comfortable and beautifully designed, and the restaurant was excellent — both the food and the atmosphere were highlights of our stay. However, we were disappointed with the handling of a billing issue after checkout. We stayed for four nights, and there was information in the room stating that guests staying multiple nights receive a 30% discount on restaurant and spa services. Because we checked out very early, we forgot to ask for the discount to be applied at checkout. After our stay, we contacted the hotel by email to clarify the situation, fully understanding that it might have been too late to adjust the charges. Unfortunately, we never received any response — not even a message explaining that a refund was no longer possible. A simple reply would have been appreciated. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the lack of follow-up after our stay was disappointing and took away from an otherwise very good experience.
