The grounds were gorgeous and close to the water. The staff was friendly and responded to any requests quickly, which I really appreciated. The room, however, smelled TERRIBLE. No matter how much I opened the doors or sprayed body spray in the air, it smelled extremely musty. When I left, all of my clothing smelled like mildew. The TV automatically turns on at full volume each time you enter the room and insert your key, which was unpleasant, especially at night. The guests at the pool were SO LOUD. There was a group of teenagers traveling together and they were in the pool screaming until 9:00pm every evening for the duration of my visit. The fridge in the room smelled like someone spilled something but it was never cleaned all the way. I wanted to like this property because it was recommended to me but I was disappointed.

Great central location. The lounge access was worth it ! The breakfast was great and provided a wide range of options. We visited the Sky Bar and had preferred access as hotel guests.

One of the most gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Right on the river conveniently located near Iconsiam, Asiatique, and so much more. Staff were friendly, helpful, and committed to creating a luxurious experience.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. As soon as we walked into our room, we found a cockroach and had to request a room change. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. Around midnight, I suddenly became extremely itchy while trying to sleep. When I turned on the lights to check, I found numerous ants crawling all over the bed. Since it was already 12 a.m. and my family was asleep, I tried to make do by sleeping on top of a towel. However, I kept finding more ants. Then I noticed a dead cockroach on the bed headboard, which was absolutely horrifying. At that point, I couldn’t sleep at all and had to change rooms again in the middle of the night. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for any hotel. A guest should never have to deal with cockroaches, ants in the bed, and a room change after midnight. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

Modern hotel with a rooftop Infinity Pool with a good view of Bangkok's skyline. Got a ticket for a welcome drink which was nice. We booked two rooms which were joining rooms which was nice. They only accept cash deposits and don't give it back to you until they inspect the rooms before you leave. The inspection actually discovered my daughter leaving her Apple charger and cord there so actually helpful. Room's AC was powerful and made the room a bit cold even when I raised it up to 26 celcius. Ari is quite a bit different from Sukhumvit as it feels more local than touristy. But if you look for the trendy cafes, they are there in Ari although they are way more expensive than typical Thai stores. I would stay at the Ari again if I wanted to stay in that neighborhood.

Great location for visiting Bangkok. Highly recommend.
