The staff were super friendly and I had a lovely breakfast in a lovely space. If I ever return to Helsinki, I would want to stay there again. What was a bit confusing was the way the lighting worked, hard to find the right settings, and looking at the worn state of some switches, we weren’t the first to struggle. (429 reviews) Very nice hotel in the centre of Helsinki, easy access to main attractions snd transport links. Lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops very nearby. Every area of the bore we experienced was excellent - clean, bright and sophisticated. Staff were exceptionally polite without exception. Breakfast was varied - buffet and a la carte offerings, and staffed very well. Lovely bar and lounges, again with excellent service. We are thankful to have taken more of previous positive reviews as this hotel was everything we were looking for. Would stay again and recommend.
