This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too! I cancelled our reservation for 6 people to avoid him, as he was obviously making an insult about my weight. (1,000 reviews) Overall the hotel had charm, but the rooms were dated, carpet was dirty in places and the service wasn't great. Specifically Tom, the booking manager, was very unhelpful and rude. Thankfully the hotel manager, Henrietta, stepped in and helped me. I would stay again if they did a complete remodel of all rooms and trained their staff in proper customer service and just being polite.
