Boa Island Ski Holidays

Child got took into hospital with Covid, tried to reschedule under very valid reasons called the hotel upwards of 5 times waiting on a call back from the manager which I’m still waiting on. Sent my parents in my place as I couldn’t go and the hotels response was sorry we have a wedding on today so we are too busy to call back and rectify, customer service is very bad and wouldn’t recommend as some guests seem to get priority over others. Bad experience all round rooms very small and hotel very noisy

Roe Valley as it is now is 5 star for families and golfers. Spacious rooms, attentive staff & plenty of activities to keep youngsters occupied rain or shine. But it’s not a Spa Resort for couples just yet - although with the amount of investment and upgrading going on as part of its refurbishments I’m confident it’s going to be amazing for everyone to rival its partner hotel the Galgorm. That said, we had 4 wonderful days there exploring the Causeway coast for which it’s perfectly situated, and the Fratellis evening meals were delicious and good value. The breakfast was off the scale amazing so other than some adult only spaces & a rethink of the bedroom storage space we can’t fault our stay here.

Lovely cottage in a very peaceful and scenic area, exceptionally clean and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch.

My son and I were made to feel so comfortable. Sam and Patricia were the best hosts. Remarkable breakfasts, warm hospitality and even a lift to and from the local pub one evening. The house is beautiful and immaculate. We cannot recommend highly enough and will return.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room, the car park, the restaurant, the bar. All perfect. If there is any negative, it was the view. From our room, we were looking at enormous gasoline tanks. But we knew that from the beginning. So not a deal breaker for us.
