West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch.

Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5, kids ages 9, 12, and 14. The property itself is beautiful and the grounds immaculate. My only complaint is that the pool got a little murky, but I’m sure that is hard to combat with all of the kids in and out. I did see them treating it in the morning. The reef and snorkeling was amazing and the workers at the beach were extremely helpful for everything we needed. The food was great, drinks wonderful, and the room had everything we needed. There were always chairs available and it never felt crowded. There were times when we were the only ones in the pool. I would definitely go back.
