Can’t go wrong with this hotel - location, staff (especially Violeta and Grace, who made our stay even more special), amenities and breakfast were all outstanding. The room was clean and spacious, and the amazing shower felt great after a long day exploring.

Just waking up to a fantastic breakfast is well worth the price for a nights stay. It is loaded with great options for everyone’s taste. The hotel staff are knowledgeable, courteous and just great people. The hotel is located centrally and walking distanceto everything you need. Including all tour buses that stop right around the hotel. It also has a rooftop sitting area to which you can enjoy the warmer weather with a great viewers of the city.We highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean but missing towel hooks and space to put toiletries. Staff was amazing, especially the breakfast staff who were working so hard non-stop. Breakfast was good but became very repetitive. Parking was plentiful.

Easy to find. After a long day in the cold the shower was a plus. However, the pillows were pretty flat and should be changed. Expedia booking somehow didn't include breakfast crossing over even though I paid for it. The lovely manager said I could have it anyway though didn't seem to be available when I was checking out.
