The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building).
Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good.
Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different.
Overall good stay.

Great from start to finish! Clean property that’s conveniently located within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. There’s even a self service laundry in the basement!
Between the skywalks and MRT you can get around easily. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Malaysia.

The room was spacious and had amenities we needed.
The rooftop pool and spa was a great addition.
We had a slight problem at check in where we were given a king room instead of the twin room. Fixed that by providing an extra bed.
