Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The location was convenient and everything we needed was easily accessible. There is a 711 on the side of the hotel and Lawson across the street. There's a roof top also which is very nice at night. And the of course the bar below it. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel. Clean with decent sized room and incredible views. Hotel is on the 19th floor upwards. Restaurant at the top of the hotel is also excellent with amazing views. Highly recommended

The staff at the lobby was amazing! There were plenty of them to help us check in two rooms for 6 family members and 13 pieces of luggage!
The onsite restaurants were a bonus especially traveling with elderly parents and a large group.
Thomas, one of the bell staff, was very helpful in directing us to the correct trains for a day trip to Kyoto and shopping Osaka!
Also, housekeeping was super-fast at responding to our requests!
We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka!
