Alamo Plaza Scuba Diving Holidays

The property is in a great location. It's about 5 minutes walk to the Alamo and 7 minutes walk to River Walk. The property has good amenities like full kitchen with pots and pans, washer and dryer in the unit with laundry pods so we can cook and wash our clothes. The staff are friendly and responsive. The issue is we booked 1 unit with 3 bedrooms but we got 2 units instead. They were next to each other but they were not connected rooms which was inconvenient. Also, there was no floor mat in the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage and the water was dripping when the AC turned on so we had to put a towel on the floor so we didn't slip and fall.

Not family friendly but overall a great property

There was a snag with reservation, not sure is link issue was with expidia or hotel. Staff at check in could improve by being more friendly and accommodating. Valet was delayed on two occasions, possibly short staffed. Hotel and room were excellent as well as location.

Great hotel will definitely be returning

Me and my husband loved our stay. Stay if friendly from the front desk, the bar, restaurants etc. The lobby is very clean and smells good.

I hated the bed it was so hard. The refrigerator was not cold. Our drinks would not get cold. The room did not cool down. The pool water was cold. I do not understand that.
