This hotel was not that nice at all, the service was very very slow, took ages receiving room service, Room was average. Food was ok but not great. Only thing the hotel was helpful with was helping us arrange a car tour around Dehli

This place was nothing like the pictures. Rooms smelled of cigarette and booze. After arriving, asked to switch rooms and every single room was subpar. Filthy curtains, broken ac, no WiFi and oil stained sheets. Reminded me of a pay by hour hotel used by locals for a good time $$.

We asked to amend or cancel booking due to war preventing flights and they ignored all communication attempts. Would not respond. So 1 star for staff because clearly they do not care one bit about their guests if they will not even answer an email.
