Everyone in the hotel staff was exceptional and they truly showcased what customer service levels should be. Food options were elaborate and room was well presented. Glad I chose this place for our stay in Kolkata.

We had a great stay. Kaif who did our checkin did a great job and took us to the room and gave us a walk through. Restaurant staff were very courteous and the food was excellent. Breakfast was awesome yummy. Checkout was easy as well. Special shoutout to the team who packed our breakfast as we were leaving pretty early in the morning. Overall very positive experience. Will strongly recommend this facility and looking forward to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality the entire team gave us.

The hotel is grand and stunning. The service at the front desk is terrible, they were rude, claimed to misplace a reservation I made for my made. If I pay for a room, I expect it to be available and treated with respect. They took forever at checkin, took my card details. At the end they claimed not to have my details again. Very disappointing. Breakfast at the buffet was unorganized, people just walking in and not forming a queue.
