Central Plain Scuba Diving Holidays

The address was to the Crowne Plaza, whose staff checked us in and sent us around to the Holiday Inn behind. The room key didn't activate the elevator, so we needed to get a new room key at the Holiday Inn front desk. This was frustrating and confusing. Once we got in the room, we were surprised that the room smelled of faint stale cigarette smoke. Those things aside, the room was efficiently laid out, the staff were energetic and happy to assist. The bed, shower, etc. were comfortable. The room was also very quiet--fabulous. We're glad we chose the Holiday Inn Zhengzhou for our overnighter in Zhengzhou.

Overall not too bad but air-conditioner has a dial to adjust but the temperature remains way too hot!

You can't help but notice the extremely helpful staff. Even when it seemed they were swamped with check ins or guest needing their attention, they actively lister to everyone and ensured we were OK. As non Chinese speaking guests, they worked double hard to support us and you could see all the efforts...from translator apps to diagrams. The breakfast was also very good... again with the courteous staff. The rooms were clean and overall the price was very right. We got more value than we paid for. I highly recommend this hotel.
