(682 reviews) We started off with a slight hygiene issue in our room and when we spoke to reception they upgraded us and moved us to a new room which was amazing. Hotel was beautiful and in a good location, walkable to lots of things. We stayed on a Fri & Sat night and it did get quite loud on the street overnight (we were street facing and 7 floors up) so would be mindful that you may not have the best sleep but not because of the hotel itself. (1,795 reviews) Heater in room kept turning over to air conditioning so cold most of the time. The bathroom took my 90 year old parents and shower doesn’t have handrail no place for soap and the toilet is to close to wall and the toilet paper dispenser is near the ground sometimes hitting leg when sitting down. Room wasn’t cleaned because there are no signs anymore to put on outside door advising cleaners.
