Was pretty good for the price. There are some permanent residents at this motel which is worth pointing out. The parking out back is limited and difficult to get out of if you do discover no parking (check on foot first). Staff were nice. Had everything we needed. There was a party next door all night, not the motels fault though. Wish there had been air conditioning, quite hot.

Good location, we needed a place to stay while coming up to see P!NK in concert at Eden park as there was no hotels in the city left. Is quiet an old motel, smells funky, like it needs a deep clean. Neighbours were noisy (partying) if we had come with our kids this would have been a big no no. Was ok since we got in at 11pm. And checked out at 9am.. that was an easy $300 for the motel owners.

This property has false advertising. It shows a nice pool with seating, but the pool was empty, and appears to have been for some time. Outdoor area very shabby, and there was a large dog next door which barked if it saw you. Front desk stated no pets. Unit was very clean and comfortable, but no air conditioning.

Very noisy in the day but after 10 it was good. We should have been told it is being used for emergency housing. I few things need to be looked at block out curtains need to be on doors not neats, and some of the plates were dirty. Other than that it was good. Cleaning lady was very nice.

Property is close to many amenities. Free parking, desk service was great on arrival. It says free wifi but we didnt get any pin, tried calling but no answer. I recommend leave wifi code in the room if it is free, i shouldn't have to ask for it. Toilet was rocky, its probably the wear and tear should be fixed before someone gets hurt. Thats my take. Thank you.

The room was clean and amenities were fine. The towels weren’t really clean and there were stains on some of them. It was cool that there was Netflix on the TV. I was expecting a bit more for the price that I paid. Overall it was an average experience.

Extreme weather event, unable to get through to Auckland from Wellington due to all routes being closed, yet was still charged full price! No meet you half way, as still have to make the trip and still need somewhere to stay, but not my fault all roads were closed! VERY UNFAIR
