The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I liked that the towels were already in place and not just folded on the bed. There was no water on the room - but I found out later that there was a water tap in the corridor. And no water in the coffee machine - which had no clear instructions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the decor and layout of the room and the shower was excellent. If I return to Toulon I will try to stay here.

Great property in regard to location, design and overall amenities. Overall service level and attention to detail for a SLH needs definitely improvement.

Gorgeous Boutique hotel approx. 30 minutes maybe less from St Tropez, staff were amazing and so kind. I would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at Lily of the Valley and had such an incredible experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I arrived, the service was truly exquisite—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and unbelievably accommodating. They made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. A special shoutout to The Vista, their on-site restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the elegant, beautifully designed space made every meal feel memorable. I also loved their gym—top-of-the-line equipment, a bright atmosphere, and everything you need to stay active while traveling. My Superior Room was wonderful, especially the terrace with a cozy outdoor bed overlooking the heated pool and the charming village below. It was the perfect spot to unwind. And the 15-minute walk down to Gigaro Beach quickly became one of my favorite parts of the trip—the scenic views were stunning and made for peaceful, picture-perfect moments. I also appreciated the transportation the hotel arranged for visits to nearby sites. Their staff and concierge were always incredibly easy to reach via WhatsApp, making communication smooth and stress-free throughout my stay. Overall, I’m deeply grateful for my time at Lily of the Valley—the memories I made, the peace and calm I found, and the chance to step away from the hustle of work and recharge before the new year. A beautifully renovated hotel in a beautiful setting. Our check-in was poor. Unhelpful, rude and not a single smile. The rest of the staff were lovely. Ate at the poolside twice. Two really average salads. Two terrible tasteless filled bagels. Both were burned. Both accompanying ‘salads’ were consisted of iceberg lettuce and a cherry tomato. We laughed, other than the price. Parking was ridiculously expensive. Outside terrace and all public areas and pool were beautiful. An easy walk into the village. Could have been a great stay, but unfortunately average.

Great value, nice kitchenette and a great room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would recommend this place, and come back another time for sure.
