First of all, Expedia was useless, we had an issue on check-in because I received a late notification of the required deposit and the helpline was automated.
On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information.
The hotel is very well located, 24hours reception and you can order food anytime. Only the cleaning could be better, from the day I checked in, the bathroom didn't look clean and always smell coming from the pipes. Plus, banging doors, so a bit noisy.
The customer service was priceless, so that made it worth it!
