Hotel is out of the old town which is an easy 15 minute walk. Well maintained with comfortable rooms it is a good base for a trip to Verona. The airport is only 15 minutes away by taxi.

Overall, Excellent. The location was also excellent -- something I did not know when I booked the hotel.

I absolutley loved my stay at the castel. I was without my husband and felt safe and enjoyed the little piece of heaven away from the old city. Very walkable to downtown and close to the running trail by the water. Also, easy to walk to the cable cars to teka you up the mouontain to Renon. Highly recommend!

Modern and Beautiful hotel strategically located at city center. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful - all essential information was well communicated. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained in general. Rooftop restaurant has a fantastic view and the breakfast was well organised with helpful staffs. Will definitely return to this hotel if happen to revisit this city in near future.

Property is very well located but rooms did not meet the standard of a four-star hotel. Hotel air con was poor due to “control” from front desk. Management could not or would not improve the temperature in the room (hovered near 28 degrees centigrade) despite numerous requests to cool the room. Two of three mirror lights in the bathroom were out and were not replaced upon request. Did not use the restaurant services so cannot comment on quality of service staff. Beware summer stay in this property.

The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. However the property is old and not upkept.
