Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. Good sized room. Bathroom has double sinks but I would prefer a sink with more counter space. Room was well equipped with good storage, etc. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with plentiful selections and cook to order eggs. Good location right in the center of Val Gardena.

5 star buffet breakfast. Use of a nearby pool and sauna after a tired day of hiking. Andrea was so helpful with bus directions and told us to use the Val Gardena Guest Pass for free regional buses and trains in the region. But best of all the hotel is right in the middle of the Ortisei village/plaza with the main bus station only 50 m away. Restaurants are everywhere and both the Seceda and Alpi di Siusi cable cars are within 5 and 10 min walk. The location is the best in the Val Gardena and Ortisei area.
