"This isn’t a 5 star . Room very dated. No kettle for making any hot drinks. No air con. Furniture dated. Hairdryer old. Staff not that friendly overall. Have to pay for tap water with dinner Waitress forgot drinks then bought me the wrong one. Then I got charged for it no apology. Don’t think they like the English. Certainly not worth £550 a night by any means. Plus side food lovely and spa pool lovely. So glad we only stayed for 3 nights. Now at hotel Alpin Hubertus just up the road. Another level superb "

"We spent 5 nights and days in this amazing property owned by a family of chefs, restauranteurs and farm owners. The host family could not have been more gracious or more helpful with helping to plan our daily hiking excursions with expert tips. The exquisitely renovated barn was a luxury to wake in and come home to in the afternoons and the views are unmatchable. The photos on VRBO are attractive and accurate, no doubt, but they can’t even fully demonstrate the beauty of the barn, both inside and out. This property would be perfect for a couple to get away or for a full family to relax and experience the Dolomites in its true remote and alpine beauty."
