This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!

When I first entered the lobby, my first impression was dilapidated and a dirty sofa. The reception desk needed complete replacement...it was awful! The staff were very nice and accommodating especially at reception and in the breakfast room. My room was spacious and clean with a full bathtub and was very quiet. The halls need paint touchups...it appears tired and needs work. The breakfast was wonderful in a lovely room. Great location behind the Duomo and easy walking access to all sites and metro. Rooftop bar had great views though need a reservation on the busy weekends.
I give it 3* out of five as the main areas are so dilapidated though 5* for breakfast and staff as well as location.
