The property feels old and tired, and equal to the high price.
The rooms were hot and we were warned not to leave the windows open because sea gulls would come in.

Stumbled across this on a business overnight. The hotel has great character and decor with a literary theme to the rooms. The room was small but quite sufficient and the shower and facilities were all well maintained.

good spot out of centre of Belfast ( which can be expensive) for short stay ( which is enough for Belfast). easy bus ride to middle of Belfast and relatively affordable taxi back after dinner. getting taxi’s in Belfast can be a lottery.
good secure parking (important).
