The hotel is older (as are most in NOLA) but moderately well kept. We had a loft room that we couldn’t stay in because the loft area would not get cool. Maintenance even adjusted the vents with no help. The staff was wonderful though with accommodating us with another equivalent room. Although we will likely not stay here again (due to the aesthetics of the property) , I’d like to make it known that all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Also, a microwave was available on request. Btw…it was cheaper to park on the street but you have to pay every 2 hours vs daily.

Water in the shower didn’t draining, tv didn’t work, member of our party didn’t have hot water. Great location though.

Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing, they truly made you feel welcome to the hotel. It was an overall great stay, the only thing that could've made it better would be the room being equipped w/ a mini fridge and microwave. But perhaps these items aren't possible due to it being an old style hotel. Either way I'd stay again.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Gorgeous suite room with a balcony. Great pool in a beautiful courtyard. Excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay here.
