Hamptons Scuba Diving Holidays

Restaurant was poorly staffed. Food was prepared wrong but no one came to check. Could not charge dinner to room even though there was a hold on my credit card.

Our king room was perfect with the exception of our mini fridge did not work. Also the parking situation is dismal. The parking across the street was $80/night so they recommended another parking garage that was several blocks away with no way to transfer our luggage. Graciously 2 of the guys on staff, JD and another young man (I forgot his name) assisted us because we weren't allowed to use a luggage rack off the premises. Both of those fellas deserve a raise. With those exceptions, overall we really enjoyed our stay with Sanctuary.

This place was amazing, from the bartender Josh to Seiki and Selina, and also JD the concierge, I know I’m leaving people out but the entire staff made our stay perfection, it was first class all the way and I would never stay anywhere else when we go back, just truly a first rate experience

Very convenient to shopping and restaurants, and the staff were excellent

Hotel is close to Subway station. Convenient to walk around. Food, Empire Station Building, Rockefeller Building and other touristy places are within reach. Lastly, our bed and blanket are very comfortable.

Staff friendly and helpful. Especially Paola and Marcelo. Hotel is in nice location, clean and rooms are big.

I have here in the place during covid and i love the staff. Cleaniness , and the convenience of the area .

The place and amenities were really nice. The only bad thing was the bathroom got nasty really quick so for me the shared bathrooms won’t work. But they do have private bathroom rooms. Other than the dirty bathrooms not getting cleaned enough everything was great, location and space.
