This is our second visit to Cappadocia First visit was amazing that’s why we loved the area and decided to go again. The staff were nice and helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel location is far, and somehow overpriced we picked it cause of its amenities (spa, outdoor and indoor pool )buyer were so disappointed that indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool was not clean plus whenever we try to schedule the spa we were told that they only take one guest at a time in the whole facility and that means we can’t use the suna or Steam room cause they are always busy, Although during our 2 night stay the hotel looked empty even the breakfast buffet was canceled since there were not enough people in the hotel The room was spacious and clean but no view what so ever, the noise from the road was a little disturbing at night. Somehow disappointing

The hotel is beautifully laid out. The rooms are light and airy. The bed was one of the softer ones we found in Turkey, where so many mattresses are hard. There were a few construction/maintenance issues with our room (that are probably the case in other rooms). The thresholds were not made of solid wood and the laminate was peeling. The bathroom shower (while large, with easy push-buttons to control the rain showerhead versus the telephone showerhead) was not caulked properly, so the bathroom floor flooded. While you're there, definitely take advantage of the spa and pools--those were our favorite part. The hotel store is also surprisingly well stocked and reasonably priced. The one breakfast we ordered wasn't spectacular; however, that might have been because we ordered the American-style option, and we weren't in America. :) The dinner service was good and the restaurant staff were super polite and helpful. The air conditioning worked beautifully, all over the hotel!

A great hotel located just at the end of town (but an easy walk in). Clean room with a great bed and a spacious modern bathroom. Great helpful staff and a comprehensive breakfast. I’d certainly recommend this hotel. Do one of their balloon rides, exceptional!
