Cleanliness and friendly staff

I Have been staying in this hotel for years. The staff is amazing they always make sure to make our stay very pleasant. They go above and beyond. Every visit we do they remember us by our names My son is in the spectrum and as a parent I am very grateful for their understanding and empathy they have shown me and family. I want to thank Rudy for always being so kind and caring to my family. The food is amazing the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Pequeños inconvenientes al usar el sauna y spa, tuve que pedir cambio de toalla que se la tuve que pedir a un adolescente la había agarrado y la estaba usando, personas sin traje de baño usando el jacuzzi en ropa interior o pantaloneta. Los baños del spa se mantenían sucios por la cantidad de personas presentes por el finde largo. El primer día esperamos 1hr para que hubieran toallas disponibles.

The rooms are on a busy street, so expect very loud commuter trucks going by all night. Beautiful rooftop restaurant that is on a propeller that goes around in a circle.

Fantastic location in zone 10 allowed us to enjoy Guatemala City safely. The staff were possibly the most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve stayed in, really a credit to the hotel.
