This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is big with a rain shower head. Everything is bright and clean. The rooms are quiet. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The maids do a great job cleaning the rooms. The breakfast that is served has fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, crepes and cappuccino and coffee. The scenery that breakfast is of mountains and rolling fields of olive trees. The pools are crystal clear and refreshing. This place on our goto place when in Crete.

The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. New property in Chania … exceptional facility and staff … superb FIVE star experience Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months … they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. The facilities: 3 swimming pools with excellent seating, gym: state of the art, and multiple restaurants were exceptional. Thank you Marriott Chania

We have had an amazing experience in Phos Hotel. Great service, people at the hotel were always smiley and willing to help you. Breakfast was great and there is option to also have a drink or eat at the bar of the main pool. The swim up hotel room was TOP. Silent, clean, great pool… I would have never left. We 200% recommend this hotel! Additionally there are many restaurants in the area at walkable distance so no need to take the care every day to go out for dinner, unless you want to go to Chania.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and suoer helpful. Had to change our room after the 1st as there was a strange smell but the hotel staff were super helpful in the change whilst we enjoyed the pool. The food was amazing hats off to the chef and his staff and the wait staff. The cleaning lady was super sweet and left our room spotless everyday. The Spa and gym facilites were great and the treatments were reasonably priced. All in all a great saty only spoilt on the last night when some mad drunk women spent the best part of 30 mins screaming and shouting thru the corridor at 2am. Was too tired and relaxed from my massage earlier on in the day to complain. But would highly recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to relax and unwind. Would defo come back but for longer next time maybe 10 days.
