Thank you to Starr for a great check-in and Casey in Juniper bar for looking after us. Roof bar in the West Tower has great LA views. Loved the sunken garden for nightime energy and morning coffee. Excellent service, food and drinks. Room was nice overlooking the Hills. Great location to watch downtown LA sunrises, and for walking to Beverly Hills. Would not want to be any nearer to Hollywood as it is all pretty run down. And for balance, shower water pressure could be better and ran cold for 5 minutes before hot arrived. And 5\* should provide complimentary water in the room - not everything should be designed to extract your dollars. Overall a very positive experience.
