The hotel was very well kept. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The only thing I disliked was one, the parking, the structure was very tight not ideal for big trucks. Two, the cost, paying almost 300.00 a night for a room and then having to pay an additional 48.00 for parking was outrageous.

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :)
We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious!
Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful.
Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier.
I highly recommend this hotel!!

The property is ideal if you’re visiting Universal Studios it’s walkable to the park plus they had a shuttle, which was great. The downside wascour room had no heat so it was extremely chilly 61° when we woke up. The shower also did not work well the water pressure was low and then intermittently it would actually turn down to a dribble.
