The only thing is the swimming pool requires you to wear a swimcap and the person selling it only has a personal Alipay account not a business one so you can't pay via Alipay if you only have credit cards uploaded. And you can't add a bank card unless you have a Chinese bank account.

Great Hotel in a Very Good Location I had a very good stay at this hotel in Shenzhen. Overall, everything was excellent. The staff were great, the food was very good, and the breakfast was especially enjoyable. The hotel is also very well situated in Shenzhen, which makes it a convenient choice for staying in the city. The only area that could use some improvement is the business center. It feels a little rundown and could definitely use some attention and a bit of investment to bring it up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. That said, this is only a minor point. Overall, it is a good hotel with great staff, good food, a very good breakfast, and an excellent location. I would definitely give it a good rating and would consider staying here again.

Internet connection was poor. Fan and air conditioning did not work. Many mosquitoes or other biting insects.

The first my room was awful ( smelled like smoke, very small size for three people) i wanted to refund my money and then they changed my room ( it was little bit better) but still smelt smoke and the toilet had bad smell 😔😔 Generally the location was okay but it is look like ARBN not hotel 👍👍

These other reviews here must be fake. Calling this property a 5 star hotel is just unrealistic. Notice how they all sound like advertisements for the hotel and were posted within a few days of each other? I’m not saying it was terrible but at best it’s a 2.5-3 start hotel. The woman at the front check in counter did speak well enough for us to check in and arrange my airport shuttle the next day with no problem. The restaurant staff did not speak any English and the menu was in Chinese. I managed to translate the menu with Google Translate and also use it to communicate my order to the waitress. I thought the food at dinner was good, I skipped the breakfast so I couldn’t comment on it. The property has been renovated a bit but it still has some dinginess to it. Mold and rust in the shower. Be clear it also not that close to the airport, definitely not an 8 min walk as they advertised. The shuttle took about 15 min and so did my taxi to the hotel from the airport. On maps it said walking would take nearly 1.5 hours, it is right across the street from the subway but I didn’t feel like messing around with taking the subway.
