Excellent service from our butlers, especially Danny, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The entertainment team was amazing, and Edwin from recreation was excellent as well—always friendly, energetic, and engaging. The cleaning staff and everyone throughout the resort were exceptional, always ensuring everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation.

The entire staff at resort was incredibly helpful and made us feel like a priority. We did book a room with 2 double beds and it’s why we booked master but that was not a choice when we got here . Food, drinks, all exceptional.

The whole experience was fantastic. The property and staff were wonderful! Everything you need provided. The air conditioning could have been a little cooler but it was ok. Will definitely stay at Excellence again. Wonderful memories made.
