Although the staff was helpful and the resort was clean there were many things that would lead me to not returning. The resort was very empty, the food was always kind of cold, also the food wasn’t that great. The buffet was relocated and variety was shortened because of the little amount of people. The service at the tables always took a bit of time for the drinks. The beach was very dirty in this time of season. The music at night was always the same.

The hotel was great. My only complaint is that you need to make reservations for the specialty restaurants by 10 am and since checkin is not until 3pm I missed out on the first night to have a good dinner. And my opinion is that I paid for this full service and should not have been denied there. They should allow new arrivals to make dinner reservations where they like upon checkin regardless of checkin time being is at 3pm. That is not the guests fault and we paid - so I don’t understand the point of being denied.
