Super staff, excellent location!
The property is dated and it shows. Breakfast spread was sufficient but not expansive and felt monotonous eating the same everyday.
Overall, I’d say slightly on the expensive side but definitely a great place to explore Newquay and thereabouts from.

What an amazing house to stay in at St Ives. The owners were lovely m. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were the best I have ever stayed in. It was really close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The only issue was my TV didn’t work in my room. Still rated 10 out of 10.
