We had a great experience here. The Fairmont Gold experience was really nice. The staff throughout was friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations for dining locations. The room was clean and spacious.

Beautiful design hotel. Great public spaces, restaurants and bars. Spa was ok. Good treatment but the cold plunge and sauna area very disappointing.

The hotel was fine - not as nice as the photos and could’ve used a deeper clean, but for what we paid and the convenience of the location, we were fine with the tradeoffs. We actually slept very well on the mattress. I could see this being a good place in your 20s for SXSW. Not as nice if you’re in your 30s/40s on a romantic getaway, but it worked.
