Only problem was we had checked out and 30 minutes after we checked out which was 3:30 in the morning we had left our earbuds on the nightstand. I called them and they sent security to the room and security said that item was not there which is false because it was 3:30 in the morning and no one seen us leave so I do believe that they took our item.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Walking into the hotel and seeing the blue Pacific Ocean right in front of you was breathtaking. The hotel had gorgeous gardens all around the property. We enjoyed the complimentary snorkel equipment on the final day. The room service twice a day will definitely spoil you!

I really enjoyed my stay here.. met all my expectations. Wasn't until the last couple days I ordered food to back to my room at the food truck by the pool and was left highly disappointed... if I ate near the pool and not packaged to go the food portions were appropriate.. otherwise i felt completely ripped off. Don't want to punish the resort for a couple few bad actors that seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Ordered food on 6/2 @ 11:30am.

"Everything was very good until Air conditioning stopped working at 1:00 am and had to sleep without it the whole night (Room 4H). Checking in and check out were very smooth. I explained the issue to the staff in the front desk the next morning and they said it would be fixed. Hope there is any response ..."
