One of the elevators did not go to our floor, somehow we always ended up in that elevator but we made the best of it. Our mini fridge was inclosed and went out so all of our food went bad, our ice cream melted and our protein shakes also went bad. Called the front desk and they waived one night of our resort fee.

"Location wise was great, not right on the beach but <10 min walk to waikiki waterfront. Super close to many eating options etc and the international marketplace if shopping is what youre into.
