This hotel has so much potential! The location and views are fabulous. The staff at the main pool and mexican restaurant are excellent. The ferry to Palominos, however, is a challenge because the big one is often out of service. The water park restaurant is terrible in regards to wait times and service. Hopefully customer service in general is improved!
