Amazing service, Ewa was lovely and gave us an upgraded room for free! Facilities were clean and close to the Old Town. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

A nice, simple, clean apartment. Easy walking distance to the Hub buildings and metro, plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés in the area.

I definitely recommend this apartment. My family of 4 stayed four nights here and the location was perfect to explore both old town and the Jewish quarter as well as easy access to public transportation such as trams, trains and busses. We arrived late around 9pm so it was very dark and we didn't find the light switched in the halls until the next morning so finding the room was kind of difficult for us. I think the main issue was that in the US, floor 1 is the floor you enter on. So the instructions were clear aftrr understanding that floor 1 is one flight up. That took us a little bit of time to figure out and since it was super dark in the building, my kids were scared. But once we went upstairs, we easily found the room and all was good. The room also was fairly warm but there are fans and we were able to open the windows so it worked out fine. I should also note that the communication was great from fragola apartments... they even let me back into the room after check out to quickly look for something I had lost. I would definitely stay again!

It was very nice. The breakfast menu is superb. However, for 5 stars Id expect at least a pen in the room, no stains on the kettle and a staff that will walk with me to check the keys and not let me go up and down 3 times by myself Just because they mixed up room numbers.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. It was built in the 14th century, most likely as someone's home. It is a boutique "hotel". The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.

This is our second time in this aparthotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view to river. Can’t wait to come another visit.

We had two rooms for our group, and honestly, the view was gorgeous and totally made it worth it. However, the rooms had some issues. One bathroom had a really strong urine smell—we told reception, but nobody did a thing. In the other room, the shower was pretty much unusable because the water kept swinging between boiling hot and freezing cold. ​Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but for what we paid, we definitely expected better upkeep and service!

very elegant, right near the main square in Krakow - we could just faintly hear the hourly bugle call - magic! Also very clean and well supplied.
