They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay.

Breakfast was varied and good quality. Location perfect. Didn’t use swimming pool (pretty small).
Carpets in hotel store are fabulous, but no bargains.
The restaurant was quiet but very pleasant and good food at reasonable prices. Beds were large, comfortable and clean.
We had a great three day stay in yerevan and would stay here again
