Overall we would not stay there again. I could consider this hotel a 3.5-3.8 overall.

Overall i give the resort 8/10. Location was perfect. 3-4 minute uber ride to the marina. Mango deck is literally a block down. Would i return and stay here? Probably would do so again. Rooms are huge for the price. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials

Clean and gorgeous room. Beautiful pools. Low key vibe. Food was very good. Pushy about timeshare presentation the first couple days.

First night A/C (room 2106B) did not work. Second night moved to another room (2403B) with loud noises from in-suite refrigerator and / or pipes. No sleep. Staff is nice. Property is “tired” and needs refurbishment. Restaurant food is notably low quality with no love or flair. We were served raw dough churros and told only after we sent them back their fryer was too hot to make them.

Great properyy, plenty of available pool chairs at least our week (early April). Had activities each day like pool games, bingo, blackjack, volleyball, etc. Kids things as well. We had a 1 bedroom that was nice with balcony. Food and drinks were good. Great fitness center. Things to improve - room cleaning came at different times, which did interrupt us a returning to room a couple times in one week stay. Property is big which is good but you’llget your steps in.
