All the staff were very polite and helpful. They went out of their way to be helpful. All the rooms in the hotel were very clean. The food was excellent. Varied and well cooked and great presentation. Lounge was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety and served quickly. It was nice having a concierge to park the car for us.

Great location, right on the seafront. Staff are absolutely lovely. Hotel is very clean and seems to be freshly decorated, although in a rather dated style that perhaps caters more to the average age of the clientele. Breakfast is served at the table, rather than a buffet. The hotel suggests a jacket and tie in the restaurant for dinner, so it’s quite formal. Room was super clean and the bathroom bright, clean and clinical. Bed was very soft and bouncy. It was a very pleasant stay but, despite being in my 50s, I couldn’t help feeling that we were lowering the average age by about 20 years.

Beautiful location. Ideally situated for the South West Coastal Path. Lovely pub atmosphere with a good restaurant. Local beer. Staff were helpful on site. Parking. Room was cosy but had everything that you needed. Lovely shower.
